Rooibos Ice Tea with Apple and Cinnamon

What is rooibos?

Rooibos, or red bush tea, comes from the Cederberg region of South Africa. It is made from the leaves of the rooibos plant rather than the tea plant, so it is naturally caffeine-free, with a gentle, slightly sweet taste.

We infuse it with crisp apple and warm cinnamon, pour it over ice and finish it with fresh mint. The result is light and refreshing, made for the warm Bali breeze, and a good choice when you want something cold without the caffeine of a chai.

When to order it

It sits well beside our spicier street food, from pani puri to a full thali, and it is an easy afternoon drink on its own. Ask your server when you visit, or message us on WhatsApp for takeaway.
