Ice Boba Chai

Not your usual boba milk tea

Most bubble tea starts with plain black tea. Ours starts with the masala chai we brew in house every day, spiced with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. We chill it, add chewy tapioca pearls and top it with ice cream, so it is part chai, part dessert.

Stir the ice cream through for a creamier drink, or sip it slowly and let it melt in.

Where it fits

It is a sweet finish after a plate of chaat, or a treat on a hot afternoon in Ubud. It is vegetarian. Ask your server when you visit, or message us on WhatsApp for takeaway.
